My name is Micol Mieli and I am a researcher at Lund University, Campus Helsingborg, conducting a study on shopping behavior and digitalization in Helsingborg. The purpose of this survey is to gain a deeper understanding of how digitalization affects our shopping habits in today's society. The research is funded by Helsingborgs Handelsförening (Helsingborg's Trade Association). 

It takes about 5 minutes to answer the survey and your participation is very much appreciated! When answering the survey questions, please consider your own experiences of shopping in Helsingborg. If none of the options exactly match your experience, you can choose the closest one. The survey refers to any kind of shopping, except for daily grocery shopping, so please do not consider your trips to the supermarket when you think of your answer. 

Your opinion is of great importance, and I would be grateful if you could take the time to answer a few questions. This survey is anonymous, which means that your responses will be treated confidentially and will not be linked to your identity. However, if you are interested in participating in the next stage of my research and also receiving a 100 SEK Helsingborg City gift card, you have the option to provide your email address at the end of the survey. (Unfortunately, you can only participate in the second phase of the research if you have an Android phone). I will only use your email address to contact you regarding the next phase of the study, if you choose to participate.
