We are students in the Master's Programme in Service Management at Lund University. This study examines how individuals evaluate, understand and respond to dining restrictions in cruise buffet environments. The research is conducted as part of a university course and serves academic research purposes only.

Participation is entirely voluntary. All responses will be treated confidentially and collected anonymously through Lund University's approved survey system. No personally identifiable information will be collected. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Scenario Hypothesis

Imagine you are dining at a buffet restaurant on a cruise ship during a busy evening. The restaurant is crowded with passengers.
