Horizon Europe Workshop

Lund University is happy to host a Horizon Europe workshop aimed at early career researchers from Imperial College London, KU Leuven and Lund University.

The workshop provides opportunities for collaborative ventures, ultimately aiming at Horizon Europe projects and long-term partnerships.

Travel and accommodation (2 nights) of the participating early career researchers from Imperial College London and KU Leuven (up to 10 000 SEK per participant) are covered by Lund University.

 

Content of the workshop

The lunch to lunch workshop will contain presentations on the Horizon Europe programme (Pillar 2) and how to write a competitive application. It will provide time for the participants to work on their project idea, in addition to networking opportunities and dinner. Participants from Imperial College London and KU Leuven can choose to prolong their stay and visit the Lund University partner’s lab/department.

 

Application guidelines

  • The application has to be submitted by the LU researcher through this application portal and shall include details and CV of the collaborators.
  • Researcher-initiated teams with representation from Lund University and Imperial College London and/or KU Leuven apply together.
  • Applications are open to all research fields.

Finances

  • Participation in the workshop is free of charge.
  • The department of the Lund University researcher is responsible for travel arrangements (accommodation, travel) of the collaborators.
  • Funds will be transferred to the department of the Lund University researcher after the workshop. No funds can be transferred to the collaborators.
