Travel grants for participation in the SANORD annual scientific conference in South Africa 4-6 December 2024

External Relations announces 5 travel grants of up to SEK 24,000 each for employees at Lund University for participation in SANORD's annual scientific conference at University of the Western Cape, South Africa, 4-6 December 2024.

Employees at Lund University who have ongoing collaboration projects with, or are looking for partners from, Southern Africa are welcome to submit an application. The following applications will be prioritised:

Applications from younger researchers with PhD-degree from 2014 or later.
Applications with an abstract for the conference. SANORD's call for abstracts closes on 31 July. More information is available at SANORD 2024 Conference Call now open! – SANORD (uwc.ac.za)

A short travel report and requisition shall be sent to par.svensson@er.lu.se no later than one month after the trip has been completed. The amount granted will be booked at each cost center according to the requisition received and after approval of the travel report.
